90 pence right? It took me a few seconds to realize that.

There's a store named 99 (cent symbol) store and all they sell are mostly cheap items.

The dollar stores here are similar.. I like discount stores that sell items of slightly better quality.. like food.

Both casino chips and potato chips? There's no point in naming your store "Cheap as Chips" if you aren't going to stock some chips.

About that Jesus thread of yours, I'd expect most people (well at least the ones that aren't ignorant) to see that the images of Jesus aren't close to depicting a typical Semitic man from his era and area.

In New Zealand we don't have 99c stores.. Too low. We have stores selling items for 2 dollars, 3 dollars, a dollar, etc.

The last thread I regularly posted in was a dumb thread about the United States versus Canada. It was over a year ago and I enjoyed it because of all the confused folk it attracted.

As for the image, I knew it would scare some children. Just like me... I don't scare in the happy creepy way however.
