Okay, I just want to say, when will people get that irony and sarcasm doesn't have the same meanings?! I mean, it's so easy to understand, you don't need to be Albert Einstein.
An example of irony; "Cats like fish, but hate water". Get it?
You don't even need an example for sarcasm. Sarcasm = saying something but meaning the opposite.

Hmmmm.. I get Sarcasim. Basically saying something but not really meaning it. Irony though I get and also don't get. I get it enough so that if it's obvious enough then I will relaise that it's there. I will never be able to explain it though.
