Well I guess the title says it all, I was just wondering who ya'll thought were the most active 'forumers' in this part of the AG forum. Opinions, that what this Forum is going to be, pure opinions, and yes you can say 'Me'.

I thought it was:
Young = not perverted
Pre-teens = slightly perverted
Teens = perverted
Youth = perverted
Adult = perverted but talks less of it
Elderly = Can be very perverted if they feel like it.

I don't really consider the young ones perverted. Their actions seem to be borne more of curiosity than any perverse desires.

Of course, but I believe that what they see and hear along with how their parents act also has an enormous influence on it.

If a child consistently see something on TV that no one under atleast 16, shouldn't see. (I'm referring to the shows with either allusions to sex, or outright softcore sex scenes.) Compared to children raised in a wholesome controlled home, they could be considered more 'mature' then others their age.



Also lately I've seen news reports about children hitting puberty earlier and earlier, and as a result exploring sex at a younger age.

Some children will find stuff on the interwebs just because they are curious, but others do it because they need that feeling or they're lonely.

While this is true, I tend to consider perverse behavior to be something that is sexually unacceptable, and as a young child the likelihood that they have an understanding of acceptable sexual practices and behavior is slim at best. Even though the behavior may continue into adulthood, the understanding of socially acceptable behavior increases. The acts themselves may not be any more or less perverse, but the motivations behind the actions would become so, at least in my opinion. This is also why we have different laws governing children, we realize that their understanding is minimal and their motivations typically far varied from those of adults.

?WTF? Oh, and sure, Raider's fans pwn(coughnotreallycough)... too bad their team doesn't... anyway, how is this OT? And what are you responding to that required such an image?

Also, I would tend to agree that we are "inherently perverted". We classify perversion as that which is not socially acceptable, or something which is not the norm, especially in relation to sex. However humans are naturally inquisitive and as such prone to experimentation whether it falls within social norms or not.

However there is a great gap between 'erversion' and being overtly anti-social with your behavior, such as is the case with rapists, molestors, and the like. While these are perverse acts, they also cross out of the realm of socially acceptable deviation and into socially unacceptable, and even socially detrimental.

What is and isn't sexually acceptable varies from person to person, and culture to culture in my experience.


In some places anything other than missionary is considered perverted, and in others its more anything goes.
